Meryl Streep speech at Golden Globes left Ravi Bhatia mesmerized..

American actress and singer Meryl Streep won the Cecil B DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award for her outstanding contribution to cinema at the 74th Golden Globe Awards. In her acceptance speech, she poured her heart out and got praised worldwide.


In her speech Mamma Mia actress criticized the President, Donald Trump, because he imitated a disabled reporter, she said, "Disrespect invites disrespect. Violence incites violence. When the powerful use their position to bully others, we all lose."

Ravi Bhatia, who was last seen as Salim in Jodha Akbar become quite emotional after he saw her speech.

The actor said, "I left spellbound when I saw the video of her speech. I liked her as an actress, but now after watching her breathtaking speech I became her fan. Meryl is not only an amazingly talented actor but also a great orator. She was losing her voice, but still managed to give a powerful, acceptance speech, which left everyone surprised."

The dashing actor, who is currently busy shooting in Indonesia further added, "The best part of her speech was the concluding quote in which she said, 'Take your broken heart, make it into art.'"
